The main house on the property is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath modular home of approximately 2,300 square feet that was permitted and built in 1997. (Plan)

Stucco House

An older stucco home at the north end of the equipment yard is in poor condition, but could be renovated.

Farm Foreman House

A single wide modular home is on the west end of the equipment yard and is currently occupied by the farm foreman.
